Auto Tronics in Toronto
So I'm getting my calipers painted black with decals by a place called Auto Tronics in Toronto. Specifically 1531 warden ave . Has anyone heard of these guys or have any reviews? I couldn't find much but the website looks pretty convincing and I spoke to the guy and he seemed pretty nice, also only charging me $80. Here's the website http://www.autotronic.org so any information would be great. I'm not going until Tuesday so any input is great.

I'm considering doing my calipers this spring so this caught my eye. Not familiar with them though the price seems reasonable. I'd ask plenty of questions like how long will it take (there should be a cure time and hopefully multiple coats including clear coat especially if doing a decal), what type of paint they use (there are plenty of suggestions on the forum for this, e.g. I've heard good things about G2), what type of decals they'd use (if you wanted that option which I think is worth it personally).
Let me know what you end up doing, I'd be interested in the outcome.

So ended up going to simply tire, and it was great. The guys were nice, knew their stuff and one of the guys even owned a GS. The calipers came out great and I even had clear side markers installed for only $20 because someone who worked there was getting rid of them. I highly suggest these guys.

Can you please post pics? I was going to make this a DIY job but for $80 i'd reconsider!
Also, please let me know how long it took, how many coats, whether they did clear coat on top of the decal etc.
Thanks

No problem haha, the place was great though because out front they had customers with anything from my car, to a honda civic, to a ford fuzion to a Lamborghini Gallardo. They will work on anything for anyone, whether it be the run of the mill customer or a real enthusiast.

Looks great, and the price seems fair. I was also thinking of a DIY but might decide to get it done by them instead. Would you happen to know what type of paint they used ie. dupicolour or VHT ?
