not sure if you guys have noticed that the lexus canada site is new which i didnt know until i visited today and boy it sucks. Well the site is ok but it has no owners login. i used to login and access my service history and updates or make appointments and other cool stuff. But now its not there anymore . wtf mann. This just sucks. Not sure if they have moved to another location or what's going on. plus the service maintenance record is kinda messed up too.

Yup its pretty stupid that they removed the ClubLexus section where we can access personal data.

I like the layout though, it seemed like an improvement over the previous website,

I called the customer support line on how I can access my car info and the person I spoke with said "moving forward with the revamp of the site, lexus has decided to take that out" I asked so how can I check my car info he said, I just cant do it online anymore(have to visit the dealer) ..

ya i spoke to them too and thats what they said. i told them for Toyota login still exist so why remove Lexus login. they keep saying the same thing. Thats *******t mann. i was soo ****ed that i told them the i might consider another brand car in that case.
I also wrote a mail in letter to headquarters office. hope they are reading this thread and bring them back
