carproof anyone? help me buy an RX 450 H
Long time lurker, new poster.
Need your help
Considering buying a 2010 RX 450 H, 2010, nav, with only 3500 km, privately.
Noob buyer. Wd love a new one but this is $20 K less, so more affordable. It s this or a newer/new RX350
Help. any advice, watchouts? Will ask more about the car when I call the guy in person. Says like new, and no accidents, clean etc.
would appreciate if someone could kindly run a carproof if not too much trouble-

- Ask for Used Vehicle Information Package (UVIP): I believe this package will provide you the vehicle registration history
- If you can get a (Lexus) mechanic/technician to check it out, it would benefit you enormously
- Negotiate the price the way you want it to be . . .

- Research, then research some more and compare pricing.
- Go, check it out and Test Drive. If you like what you see and feel, my next step would be . . .
- Ask for Safety standards certificate
- Ask for Used Vehicle Information Package (UVIP): I believe this package will provide you the vehicle registration history
- If you can get a (Lexus) mechanic/technician to check it out, it would benefit you enormously

Gee I didn't think the price was that good - asking price is $49, will take less, black bk is $38-42 I think even with mileage....not that many hybrids to compare, and none with that mileage, so I'm not quite sure how to pro-rate it when i DO find one. But I am researching A LOT .
