Filed a complaint with transport Canada. they have an online entry form that was fairly painless to complete. I would encourage all to file a complaint, those that have had their cars stall on them even if it was just a simply matter as having to restart the car at a stop (next one could be like mine and leave you in a vulnerable position for a bad broadside accident). With sufficient registered complaints, it will work to get Lexus to take action or risk being forced into it. hopefully no one needs to get seriously injured or die first before lexus steps up considering Lexus US has an ongoing program.
one down, one to go. let's make noise and get heard!

Went into Open Road Lexus last week to see why my check engine is on. Tech told me I have a bunch of carbon build up and it will lead to problems in the future. Told me it'll cost upwards of 4000$. Has anyone heard anything from Lexus? Wish we could file a class action suit, not right that they cover everyone in the US but nobody in Canada, we get the short end of the stick here from Lexus which is bull
