I have a 2008 IS 250 which seems to be having the engine rattle on startup issue, there is a TSIB for it and I'm still under the Powertrain Warranty, problem is that it's happened only 4 times in 7 weeks and I don't believe the dealership will be able to replicate the noise if I take it in.

I was wondering whether anyone has had this done on their IS 250? I've read that some dealerships will accept a recording of the noise and have the work done, but my closest dealership is DVN and I find their service not so great, the SA I had was giving me a hard time just to get the Fuel Pressure Sensor recall fixed.

I got it done in Oakville, no issues. They did not reproduce it, but I had a recording ready if requested, Good luck
