Default vancouver dealership reviews (service)

Regency
Dave is the most professional service manager out there .His staff are the most capable and he runs a tight ship .This is the only dealership id use for complex work .
Northshore
this dealership is run by kids with kids attitudes .It gives one the feeling of being in highschool again they argue about everything .they need to employ more mature and sober minded service advisers .ryan is the best but he is new and overpowered by the other service advisers .i thought it was just me but while there i saw an elderly gentelman arguing with an service advisor over a mark on a 2000 km car the the advisor said was caused by enty exit habits !!!! stay away
Open road
the service department is run by camron he is proffessional and does what needs to be done .would like to hear more reviews on this dealership
Richmond
these guys are almost as bad as northshore but northshore is still the worst

please share your reviews

Richmond Lexus = stay away!!!
Horrible service dept, service advisor was busy doing something on his cellphone while customers are waiting to be served. Bad service overall.

Regency Lexus service dept is great. Nice people, experienced techs and excellent service.
Highly recommended. =)

I normally avoid the dealership like the plague.
But the few times I've been forced to I've dealt with the parts guy at Regency, Rocky. No complaints at all about him, he knows his stuff and a few times has given me advise on where to go for cheaper parts..

Isn't Richmond Lexus = Open Road? The one on Minoru?

I've dealt with them last month, although they "kind off" screwed up on something, but they have managed to make it up for me and i didn't feel bad at all.

On a side note, i've dealt with some other dealers' service dept:

Volkswagen
Honda
Nissan
Mazda
Mercedes
BMW
Rang Rover
Lexus.....
But the best of the best is Volvo (Dondock on Marine Dr.)!!
Damn, i'll probably get another Volvo in the future JUST because of their service!

Maybe.....

I don't know who the OP has been dealing with at JP Lexus Northshore , but after four years of service there, I have found them to be excellent and very professional in all aspects of service whether warranty, scheduled or minor checkups; I live in Coquitlam and avoid another Lexus dealer going there. I do a lot of my own regular services like fluids, oil changes, filters, etc., and Northshore has worked with me knowing this, providing tips and even freebies to boot. Nothing but good things to say about them. I highly doubt Jimmy Pattison would tolerate shoddy workmanship or bad attitudes, especially in his flagship facility...

Oh, and Thumbs up by the way!

Open Road Lexus if both Port Moody and Richmond. Minoru is their temporay location and will soon move to their new building in about 18 days at the Richmond Auto Mall.

I only went to Richmond (since I have a place there) and they treat me well. I go see David as my service advisor when I bring my car in if need to, but it is not normally brought there since mine is normally serviced at Lexus of Bellevue (where I got the car at).
