sadly its due to mayors being elected every once in a while so all they care about is city planning and budgeting for the short term (5-8 years at max for most city planning)

i wish the whole downtown core can have underground parking

I don't even like driving to downtown. With the u-pass, i rather park and ride it on the skytrain.

I have a question regarding Royal Parking Services in Richmond BC. I got a parking ticket from them and was wondering if I need to pay it or just ignore the ticket?? The car is a lease.

The plate is in your name, not the leasing company. I wouldn't pay either. I have got tickets from non city owned lots, I never pay.
