I went to Kipling tire in Toronto because I heard they have a good reputation on installing expensive rims and i was surprised to also get the best price anywhere on my PS2's

No, it is plus taxes. It does includes balancing and installation though. Remember these are the PS2's not the PS A/S. Everywhere else was quoteing me around $560 and $679 plus taxes

I bought the Tirerack 18" winter wheel and tire combo with Pirellis each at US$168.00 front and $203.00 rear. Figure about CN$250 for just tires or about CN$450 for wheels with tires for Canadian duties & taxes. Now mind you you're looking at 19" tires which are more expensive but,...

I imported my rims from the US, but was told I couldn't import the tires.

That's a great price, but I think the PS2 in 275/30/19 is alot more expensive than 18 inch pirelli snows even in the US.

For both sizes, I can get them for about $20.00 cheaper, and if you want to pay cash up front could possibly get even a better deal(which I may have to re-confirm).
