Scammed....by another CL member :(

so anyways id like some opinoins on what i should do or what u guys think is going on, this is my situation i had my blitz style grill fs in the classified section bout 2.5 weeks ago then i get a pm from " patrick323 " many of u prolly know he bought the sound stream system off another member i forgot who, anyhow he rushes me to ship his grill out after he sends me payment so i do withing the next 2 days, express shipping and send him his tracking #
the deal was that i sent him my blitz for a trade of his OEM grill +some cash on his part then he assures me hes gonna send out the grill asap once he gets my tracking # and its been 2 weeks and i msg him a few times already and he doesent reply or provide any info on my oem grill... i didnt wanna post here because i wanted to give him as many chances as i could before i felt i was being scammed.. its been 2 weeks and ive seen him log on all the time but wont return my msgs... been driving around with out a front grill for so long now lol... WHAT DO I DO????

i never thougth this would happen to me esp on cl , never had this problem before with other members ive bought and sold stuff too....
