I was buying his TOMS hood. He asked me to pay him with Paypal but to fund it with my checking account so he can get payment faster. He disappeared after a month he told me he was having backsurgery and after he gets out he will ship it. 2 weeks later his phones off. Now Paypal wont give me my money. CAn a MOD try to contact him. Or see if he signed a new account with the same IP
