yah i think so. it was back in december or jan, and he told me he was waiting or a shipping invoice to get here from japan. then nothing. . . OMFG this is so totally jacked up beyond anything.

This is why we have to tell EVERYBODY we know about ROO's true side, once we get a movement against him, he'll have nowhere to run and everybody will be asking for their money back and using aggressive legal force if he doesn't pay up.
Right now he is broke, he spent every single one of our dimes in his control on his car and to try to wine & dine some Japanese girls on his so called business trip. The only thing he has now is his car, which I'm sure isn't enough to pay off all of the money he owes everybody.
Little did we know we had such a little bastid crawling under our noses.
Come on Roo, I know you read this, man up and pay your dues.

sorry to hear calvin, you know how i felt over aim and now you know why i purchase my stuff the way i do even if it's not the cheapest. like others, i say screw giving him time, you've given him plenty of time (not to mention someone else we've talked about). I say take action now against him and... that other someone.

So sad reading this thread. I was thinking of getting a vertex hood spoiler through them but I will be going through memoryfab now after reading all this. From the beginning where he criticized my car and said that he was going to get "this and that" blah blah team target this, single turbo that, I knew that guy was full of ****. If anything I would be more then happy to round up a couple of friends and have a nice little chat with him face to face.
