Back in late September I worked out a deal to purchase a set of OEM GS wheels and snow tires from Chris. We agreed on a price of $400 and I sent him a money order.

On 09/23 He got my check and said he would ship the wheels the next day.
On 09/27 He told me that Fedex picked up the wheels and he would send a tracking number.
On 09/30 He told me his wife shipped the wheels and he would send a tracking number.

I never recieved the wheels and also lost $400. The last contact that I had with him was in September. I sent him a certified letter, but he refused to accept and that was returned to me.

I can mention that I recently purchased from Chris and that there was a
delay because he was sent to Asia.

This may be the assignable cause to your shipping delays as his wife
was handling transactions. He seems to be very legit and I finally recieved
my shipment albeit very late.... Hope this helps..
