Any inputs from the community before i teardown the supercharger again. Here some pics of the issue:
The belt jump out from the blower pulley and crankshaft.

Had this same issue on my 2008 Civic Si with the Kraftwerks supercharger (C30 Rotrex). My mechanic told me that the tensioner and the pulleys were out of alignment and that the tensioner would need to be shimmed. Hope you figure this out sir!

During my install i have this gates dot laser alignment tool but i cant point it to blower pulley from the crankshaft coz the thermostat manifold is blocking the pathway of the laser even i take out the thermostat it self. The blower sounds perfect and no squells sound. Rafi suggested to put some washers on the X and Y blower bracket.
On positive side the power is there. Cant
complain.
Hopefully yours will be perfect, too much work if had to teardown it again.
I ordered dayco alignment tool, same as you.
Hi Leo... per the instructions, make sure you set both BOV's to the softest setting, this minimizes backpressure to the SC when you lift off throttle at high RPM.

Of course, as mentioned here it could be alignment. That said, we have never had a belt jump a tooth.

On startup, my supercharger belt had a loud chirping which went away once the car warmed up. This weekend, I pulled the pipes apart and reinstalled a gatorback belt from continental. These belts are supposed to be much quieter due to their design. Rafi also recommended that I reverse the wheel on the tensioner so that the ring clip is facing the front of the car. No more chirping!!!!

Some. Only took it up to 3 psi. Car pulls pretty hard. Need to do compression check and data log before I can push it hard. Maybe next week.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I'm having to rebuild my motor after only 300 miles with Supercharger installed.
