Default Rusting rock chips

Hey guys,

I have two rock chips on the top of my windshield. I was looking online and seemed people are either sanding and then using touch up paint or using some sort of rust converter first. What do you guys think is the best way to take care of these rusting rock chips? Also have one on bottom of my front bumper but I think I can just use touch up paint on that one.

Cool build, lol.

The front bumper is poly, so yeah, touch up paint is fine.
