*Back at it Again! Nixcision's Slammed AWD Build*

Hi brotha, cars lookin real nice. I've had my IS since 2010 and couldnt do nothing with it. Finally graduated college and making some decent income. I've had this ding in my front bumper, your front looks mean. Any suggestions on starting out on making my 2011 IS250 as a project car. Nothing fancy, just clean.
Start off with a nice set of wheels, lower it (doesn't have to be by too much), window tint, etc.
Build it based on what you like! Check out some of the build threads on this forum for some inspiration

Well... winter is finally upon us. Amazed that I was able to drive with my summer wheels and low ride height into December, but we literally went from 0C to -30C within a matter of days.
This will be the last winter she sees!
Pics before hell froze over: (CF pieces removed) (brake dust? )
Really excited for parts season... stay tuned

So I've been very busy DIY'ing lately.... here's some of the more major things that have been done over the past few months:
-> Headlight retrofit (STI-R lenses; amber reflectors wrapped in black gloss vinyl)
-> Coilover rebuild w/ 16k/12k Swift springs
-> Full brake upgrade (slotted rotors, pads, ss lines)
I will likely be adding "axle replacement" to my list of DIY's as I have discovered that both front half axles have boots that are completely torn thru (inner CVs). The discovery was made while changing out my lower ball joints up front, in which my driver's side half axle came apart when I attempted to move my hub out of the way (inner joint was fully exposed )
I managed to jam it back into place, but have placed an order for a pair of half axles for my fronts to swap out at some point really soon.

I'm in Canada so I used rockauto - they can be found at about $100cad, however, I have heard mixed reviews on the neoprene boots that are used as opposed to the boots that come with oem's... I'm currently on the fence of whether or not to order oem's as well....
