Need help on tire size....

So i want to get vfs2 vossen rims on my 2011 lexus is250 rwd, and i was wondering if these size tires and rims would fit,
Rims Fitment
Front- 19x9 et35
Rear- 19x10 et42

Tires
Hankook Evo 2 V12's
Front- 235/40/19
Rear- 265/35/19

Some sizes will be fine assuming you're at a stock ride height or maybe a 1" lower than factory. Anything lower and you'll have rubbing, which of course can be easily fixed.
