subscribed! seems a lot of us are wanting to tackle this swap "at home" which is awesome, @99gs3 has a ton of knowledge from what I've been reading for awhile now so it's awesome he's in here helping out. I am also in the process of collecting parts and figuring out what is all really "necessary" to do the swap reliably. Good luck and can't wait to see the progress
So that's what I did with my build. I just trying to make sure its reliable and no major work will need to be done a month or so down the road. The are a lot of knowledge people on this site and im so impressed.
I am in the process of moving and took a vacation so work on it kinda slowed but I am hoping it will be done this weekend.
Im up in Clinton, maryland
Good luck to you also

Of course I bought transmission fluid, power steering fluid, synthetic oil, brake fluid etc.
I also need to replace the exhaust because it's in bad shape, don't want all this power and my exhaust is falling apart. I also updated the battery 800 cold cranking amps.
Now it's all about adjusting cables and checking for leaks. I also brought 2 tires because the tires are awful and grab two more. The two I picked up was the Pirelli p zero's

****Another update***
The lines are in and the car is up and running, my mechanic just told me, so he was out running it up and down the street being very loud no exhaust lol; for right now im put the stock exhaust on but Ill be getting another one very soon.
Possible exhaust: M2 exhaust, TOP SPEED PRO-1 Dual Axle-Back Exhaust, or another one: not trying to spend a lot
transmission oil lines : part numbers: 90445-17097 and 90445-17100 : you can buy these at any lexus dealership: I brought mine from lexuspartsnow.com for 16 for one and 10 for the other. 2 days for shipping, but processing was longer bout 3 business days
The intercooler piping will have to be cut and adjusted, cxracing kit does not fit properly but the best news I heard was no leaks anywhere. Will post pictures and a video of it running this weekend if possible

Update***
Had to do some more maintenance on the GS such as replacing the rear wheel hubs. The old one on the drivers side was broken beyond repair. Still have to buy a 3in exhaust and will replace the headlights later. I may have to buy brake shoes just waiting on the word from my mechanic.

I did get to drive the gs over the weekend, I was a kid in a candy store, lol
and I must say I was shockingly surprise at the power, even though it is not completely done.
2 things need to be done, get rid of some noise that sound like the bearing in the rear driver side is going bad.
Buy the new exhaust, top speed 3in exhaust and grab 2 more tires
