Default NguMinh's GFM IS250 Build | Royal Origin

Thought I put a build thread, so I can have a spot to post photos of my car. Here's some history of my car from when I got it back in 2010..

My old IS300, I parted it all out to build this IS250..

2010
Me and a couple of friends(socal35 and Blkexcoupe) helped put my coilovers (Tanabe Sustec Pro 5) and exhaust(Tanabe Medalion Touring) on. IS250 suspension installation is way harder than the IS300.

How it sits right now.

Threw on a set of Scaras that I'm planning to rebarrel in the future.

Test fitted a wald style body kit, fitment was pretty much on point.

Painted and painted over and over. GFM is such a pain to color match. Ended up having to just blend into the car. It still came out pretty nice.

Had my friend Rocky roll my fenders in preparation for my newly refinished Scaras.

It went through alot of photo shoots with my crew, Royal Origin.

2013

Lowered the car some more, added a vertex style front lip, jp vizage side skirts and a Junction Produce exhaust. Took some photos with my friend Jeff for a Hellaflush feature.

My friends and I were too lazy to uninstall the coilovers and take it apart to remove the helper spring, so we cut it... with a dremel... which ended up taking longer than uninstalling it..

Got a great shop to fix the quarter panel and replaced the rear bumper. My wheels are still damaged, but by a great coincidence I received a sponsor by Zedd Performance Wheels to run while my Scaras get rebuilt again. http://robroscustoms.com/

19x9.5 +22 and 19x11 +25

2015

Decided to swap my SC wheels over to the IS. Looks pretty good and the fat tires makes driving super comfortable. This is how it looked for most of the year.

Added an RCA and Megan Upper Control arms for front camber.

2016

This year, I got a sponsorship from Kyoei USA for an Aimgain kit that I've always wanted, but could never afford. Thanks KYOEI for making my dreams come true! I decided to get the AIMGAIN ISC front bumper with fenders and the 3 piece spoiler. I have other items that I won't be putting on until I have the funds for. I also decided to upgrade my headlights to the Pro Tuning Lab headlights and my friend from Japan scored me some 78 Works tail lights. I'm pretty happy with how the car sits right now. Maybe it's time to rebuild my Scaras..

Now that's a build thread! LOL!

Care to mention how the wheel came off? Due to a spacer perhaps?

I can't believe you've owned this car for 6 years.

Sucks about the wheel damage due to the shop's negligence. This is why I always bring my own torque wrench and tighten my own lug nuts after anyone works on my car's wheels!
