Haha sorry my man, knew you'd be bummed. Seeing your car has been killing me, you have my favorite ISF and I've drooled over it since long before I had mine.
Long story short I'm going through a lot right now. Modding cars (This IS-F and my wagon after the STI) doesn't excite me as much as it did with my STI. I need to figure some stuff out personally and make sure I'm happy aside from the car, then get my finances a little more in order. Not that I'm broke, but I want a bigger safety net and less debt.
Here's hoping I find that spark again and get back into it!
*sigh* sorry to disappoint. I'm back and forth on it, I want a CTS-V. But I'm actually really enjoying being able to beat this car up around the city and on ramps with the stock wheels and not flush. Thinking about stopping the partout and just getting some meaty functional wheels / tires - like yours, Pete (seriously though sell me them lol!)
I like the way the car is with the trunk, diffuser, lights and exhaust.
OH and don't worry, I'm definitely keeping it long enough for that H&S exhaust!!!

I ousted my 2011 STi and my 2008 Forester to get into my ISF. as much as I miss my Subarus (Subarii???) I can appreciate the F just as much. Hearing that boxer rumble though still makes me smile.

I definitely loved how bat-**** insane my STI sounded though, was so friggin loud. I loved it.
Josh @ Meraki Autoworks can get you the diffuser and they come with the reflectors. He's who I bought this from.

Well I finally got around to installing the Apexi throttle controller. It was super easy as expected.
Initial impressions:
Makes a pretty significant difference, I can see this making racing, tracking, and definitely launching / burnouts a whole lot easier and more fun. I didn't wire up the reverse cancel (like everyone else) because I was lazy and there was no good how-to about finding the right wire. I won't be using it every day as it makes cruising along the freeway at a consistent speed a little harder with the sensitivity of the pedal, but it's nice to hit the button and have a little quicker response when I want to racecar.
- Can anyone confirm if they put the reverse cancel on because it can damage the transmission if used in R, or just because they don't want people backing up too quickly and then being liable if someone is hurt or something damaged?
- Also, most if not all of the other modes like eco, flash the LED when I hit the gas, and of course there's less power. Is it supposed to flash? Red mode stays constant with no flash, and yes I did program it after installing it.
Here's the only grainy pic I have from this AM when I got to work, might snap more later in the day.

the reverse wire splices into the positive (+) line for the reverse light. in the same sense, tapping into the reverse cam power should have the same result

Just PM'd you back and then saw this. Not quite sure how to apply that diagram to what I'm looking at under the dash. Either way, I'm not too worried. It's all back together and this is honestly something I won't be using daily, so I'm not too worried about leaving it on all of the time.
