As for your 1998, I'd see if you can't sell it to a body shop for cheap. It looks like a pretty easy fix, just a lot of labor to repaint the whole front half of the car.

4Runner was in an accident and needed a new core support. I found out the Tacoma parts were interchangeable and I'd seen some TacoRunners and loved the look, as an added bonus the Taco parts were ~$100 or so cheaper than the 4Runner parts were.

It's a Taco core support, hood, hood hinges, fenders, grill, headlights, filler panels under the headlights and the hood latch, basically.
