What exactly did you rebuild? I'm doing an na-t setup but my goal is no more than 350whp any advice would be appreciated thanks!

Right now the project is on hold for a few weeks, and another one is in the works. The engine is bone stock minus the FFIM. Also all the maintenance stuff was done, FMS, Timing belt, water pump, etc. The A340e Aristo TT auto trans has billet accumulators and valvebody adjustment. And we're using a GTE VVTI ECU for trans control with MS3x controlling the engine.

The other setup I'm working on now has a stock intake manifold, Treadstone cast manifold and a Precision 6766. That's a neat setup and would be killer with the high compression VVTI.

It depends on your budget. For 350RWHP, I'd go with a treadstone cast manifold, CX-Racing GT35(cheapest small frame somewhat reliable turbo), turbo blanket, stock intake manifold and some 550cc ish injectors, with stock fuel lines, stock fuel rail and a walbro 485. I'm a fan of MAP-ECU for tuning, but there are quite a few piggybacks that will do the job for that power level.

Really depends on your budget, if you have a bit extra get a decent turbo, the Borg Warner Turbos($500-600) won't fit the cast manifold, but will fit a tubular manifold, with a FFIM, that adds extra of labor, but makes intercooler piping somewhat easier to route and will help with IAT's. Borg warner has been very reliable for the price and they have the new SX-E billet wheel turbos for about $800.

Treadstone cast manifold w/ 6766 stock intake in the front, high compression built engine in the back.

I really like your build. What EMS do you plan on running?

ive been really looking into swapping my is300 motor for a 2jzgte motor. i just need to
one
finish my turbo teg
two
do all the research needed to take on this lengthy task
one my main reasons into wanting to swap the is300 motor is because i really dont see myself owning a supra in the future. i really want one, but there going to be hard to come by in later years when im ready to get it.

More info on the MS3 install? I'm looking into that for my build, but everything I've found has been on Supra's or non-vvti motors. Are you using the ms3 to control the cam?

FFIM is XS Power, it required a mustang 5.0 TB, a custom electric fan, and a very tight radius 90 degree bend for the IC pipe, would be easier with 2.5", I used 3".

MS3x can be used to control the VVTi cam, but I ended up using stock ECU and a MAP-ECU-3. You could also use the stock ECU to control timing and VVTi and MS3 for fuel.

Here's and upload with the 2JZ-GTE VVTi wiring, I believe it's mostly correct, I've done so many of them, please double check my work.
