Well guys I'll tell you a secret about the RSX......I bought it to get me through winter in which everything about it works flawlessly.....This engine has 276xxx miles on it and doesn't leak or burn anything haha

The plan for this car would to be a grip car with a 6spd trans, all the suspension in the world, jdm honda styling and a k24/k20 franken stein naturally aspirated build. This will be my first fwd build EVER.

I actually had this integra before it but honestly I'm a tall guy and couldn't fit in the thing. Here is a photo of the Integra that started this FWD winter car experience and soon to be weekend warrior experiment.

Don't mind the stupid sticker on the back...that was a previous owner move

So I finally got around to working on the Sc300 a little bit more...I've been super busy and the weather has been super ****ty here in Ohio....

Anyways...I managed to sell my Megan Track coilovers to fund the "Jixxer-Drew" suspension build that I want.

I can honestly say that I really hate the way these things rode...They're in perfect working and still feel like ****..

What i have accomplished this afternoon was dropping the front and rear subframes

I left all suspension in tact and just zip tied the brake calipers with the lines still attached to the car...I also discovered why my hand brake wasn't working .....

All of the parking brake equipment was factory...the shoes didn't even have pads on them...Good thing I already made plans to re do everything

The subframe came out with out a fight after disconnecting the brakes

The plan from here is to burn out the bushings and then sand blast the subframe and re paint it. Then inserting new poly bushings. I will be replacing all of the arms with factory units

Also in other news I will b ordering a Collins adapter kit to fit the CD009 six transmission in the car. I ended up selling my W58 and buying the CD009 for the same price..

I also dropped off my differential with one of my "drifty" friends to get welded up and upon tare down i found it to be in this condition lol BTW these are kind of annoying to take apart ...

There were chunks of the spider gears missing ..I didn't think I was that rough on it.

After that I helped him finish taring down his sr20det that had spun a bearing

This is his street car that gets slapped around a little more than it should

Dropped by Wasserbeck's machine shop to check up on the progress of my 2jz and he had forgotten to call me but all of the machining has been completed.

Since he forgot to call me to tell me everything was in OE spec...I wasn't able to order everything needed for standard sizing. ...I've ordered a gasket kit, gte head gasket, ARP head, main, rod, flywheel bolts..Clevite bearings, Nippon piston rings.

Here are the photos of the block

Stripped down my intake manifold(s) and dropped them off at the machine shop considering they have the correct equipment to do so.

Still need to dig into these nasty little things

I'll also be picking up my Ls400 4 piston calipers

Still waiting on my ARP hardware and bearings to come in for the engine...

In the meantime I picked up my manifolds after being cleaned, and I couldn't be happier..

This was done with just chemicals ...no hot tanks, and no media blasting

the differential progress .....this is after cleaning and sand blasting and then hot tanked...Bearings were removed

HOLY MOLY YOU ARE MAKING ME LOOK SLOW

you got all that done in two months congrats awesome build.

I jus got an Ohio car that somehow ended up here in TX and boy does that rust gets everywhere...

To top it off the previous owner left dirt wet items and junk which made the matters worst.

My build will be slower
here is neglect and salt does

rear shock cover rusted

here is after the wife cleaned it with Tomato LOL<br/>she deserves an E for effort. LMAO

Today I placed my order on a set of dual rear caliper brackets so I can install a hydraulic hand brake. This is a street car but will be built in my image (obviously)

Dan was nice enough to display the set up on his car for me

He even included a detailed installation booklet so there is no confusion

Here is a photo of his competition built sc300 with a sbc

I also picked up a set of 4 18x9.5 MB Motoring Wheels today for the big price of $50......Spare wheels are always welcomed
