Thanks Lexowino
Way to many custom parts, every time you do something you need to make something custom, and because I stayed with the 2JZ-GE VVTI wiring is a lot more work than I thought. But took her out for a test drive yesterday and she is almost ready to be driven for a couple of month till the engine comes apart.
I really like the way the 4L80E shifts, no hesitation at all exceeds my expectations so far.
Hoping to have her ready for the track on Oct 25 2015

Update got car ready on Friday, due to LQ9 plugs over heating and failing the most we could do on the Dyno was 500whp, we could only get 12 pounds of boost. The 4L80e tranny is amazing it shifts smooth quick and no hesitation when shifting and the trans brake is pretty cool. We are changing the coils today and getting another tune tomorrow to get the full boost and true number. I was surprised that the LQ9 did not work properly when the engine gets hot.
Has anyone else had this problem or experience with the LQ9 coils?
Below is a picture of me and my Son getting reading for a meet, we thought it would be cool to join the Supras before heading out together. My Son is the first Sc400 and mine is the Millenium Silver and the Supra people I have met during my build.

Final result on pump gas 527whp and 490 torque, with the season ending leaving the car this way. I have been extremely impressed with The 4L80E so far. Gerrb is absoultely right this tranny does juice power from the tranny, but man it shifts quick

I put old GM plugs with the coils sitting on top of the valve covers and it seem to work well. When I work on it this winter most likely go with the 2JZ-GTE coils as you suggested.
