Default The rideskinz vip lip

Hey guys Idk if this is in the right section I'm sorry in advance if it isn't. I was looking at the rideskinz vip front lip for my 98 and they are all sold out. And the company phone number doesn't work. But I for another lip made by kbd urethane and they have what is pictured the same exact lip with the same pictures as rideskinz lip. I was wondering if anyone knows if this is the same company or the same lip etc.
Thanks guys

Ride skins discontinued this lip. I called months ago and verified this. I think they may have sold the mold. I purchased a similar lip off of ebay and it looks identical to the Fujin lip RS was selling.

I would have to say it's not garbage..but I may have just been lucky.

I had no trouble with their customer service either. They communicated well with me and responded promptly to my questions.

Mine does look amazing on the car...my body shop fit it perfectly. He did use custom screws and clips along with the double sided tape which can't be seen so it fits nice and snug.

I think people install the front lip with minimal amount of effort, and that's why I've heard complaints. They put a few screws on the bottom (or zipties), then a screw on each wheel well and think it's sufficient. If they added a few more minutes with double sided tape at key areas, it would fit better.

Double sided tape sticks to this stuff as well as blame to politicians.

Customer service was good in the beginning but toward s the end when clearly the SC market was not a priority it was a phone in.

My rear lip was the worst financial mistake I made with this car. IT cost me over $500 in the end and it never fit. No amount of double sided tape could get it to stick.

I plan on starting an Aero company but that is a dufferent subject.

I saw the lip on ebay but thought it was junk.
Guess less people are intrested in soarers. Really its the cheapest option in todays used FR platform cars.

I may purchase this lip. Is it a copy of a Aero wind tunnel tested piece?

Yes, it was Wind Tunnel tested by McLaren Automotive Group in Woking, UK. It increased the aero of our cars to exceed 200mph.

Nice it ended up on ebay where quality parts are replicated since the invested in order to sustain revenue from sales must be in demand to supply... Alas concentration on a single car is the wrong model and thus you should follow a modo that appeals to the masses. . . If a company is making aero parts they should be making them functional. Even if you lose co effeciecy or drag so long as another out come like braking or cooli g occurs who cars other wise why try to be sheep.... Bahahah Baaa to all the sheeple...
