My build thread from across the pond!

Nice, looks good

Hopefully!
Will be doing the RR-Racing performance package first, then it's time to start saving up for their supercharger kit.
Thinking I'll need at least a boost and AFR gauge. AEM offer a dual gauge that does both. Might look at that nearer the time.
Exciting stuff though!

I'm finding the BC's fine for current use (mostly fast road). You will need the Swift springs though. I agree with others these make a big difference over the stock springs you usually get with BC coilovers.

Man you were writing on my build threat regarding the carbon pieces....but now that I visited your build you are all about the carbon haha. Your car looks awesome.....

Yes, it's true, I do have a bit of a carbon obsession! Lol.
I've always loved how it looks, but it also really complements the SGM colour.
Still a few more things I'd like to do (including fog light covers like you), but it's getting there.

So thought it was about time I posted something on my build thread in the way of an update. Can't believe it's been nearly 3 months since my last post! Time truly has flown past.
Anyway, good news is I am planning to be in LA and then NJ in October. Will be collecting a few parts from my good friend Paul in West Covina, including my PPE midpipes with high performance CAT's. I will then be visiting Rafi and Simon at RR-Racing a couple of weeks later to collect my RHD heat wrapped PPE headers.
Once I get them home, will be saving furiously to cover the labour costs to have them installed by SRD tuning who did my coilover/USRS install a few months back.
I have also been fine tuning the article that is due out in Banzai magazine next month.
For those interested, my car will be appearing in the October issue which is due out for purchase in mid-September. Should have a few copies by the time I visit Rafi and Simon, so will take them a copy to keep.
The publication itself is I believe available in the States, as well as Australia, New Zealand, Canada etc (pretty much global I believe). The ISSN is 1468-456X
Looks like it's a NY company called USACAN Media Distribution Corp in Plattsburgh? the website for the magazine is: www.banzaimagazine.com
Hopefully some of you will be able to track down a copy. They also do digital copies via pocketmags.com if you want to read it on iPad etc.
As a small DIY project, I will be getting some of the Mini blackout tape to do the chrome surrounds on my windows as well. Will put some photos up once I'm done.
Hopefully see a few of you guys in LA or NJ in a month or so.
Cheers.
Peter

Thanks Josh.
Hopefully I get to meet you at some point in LA on this trip!
I'd have done my headers with you, but I'll be fully laden with the mid-pipes and a few other bits mate, plus I'm going to take Rafi and Simon my ECU to read.
I will be needing the hand controller and performance intake at some point though!
Hopefully you can help me out with those when needed?
Cheers.

Cool article on your car!
You mentioned you'll be in NJ in October.. If you'll be there the 23rd, you'll only be a few hours away from the planned east coast mega-meet at Lexus of Rockville (MD). RR Racing will be there too.
