Is this engine front or rear sump? Also i like what you're doing with the stock 5 speed transmission, I was thinking the same thing if I go along with this swap. I hope you get it all sorted out.

This engine is a front sump, And yea I had to improvise on the transmission since the one I received was worthless. I think I tracked down another supra auto tranny so once I get it running correctly I can put a transmission in there that can handle the HP a little better

Default help

So I have the swap in but it will not stay idling. I have the aristo motor hooked up to the jdm MAF and ECU and the US 2jzge igniter. I swapped out the fuel pump and have the fuel return line hooked up, I did track the lines and the engine is getting fuel. On the ECU I have the orange and gray jumper plug that I haven't done anything to them. Any help would be appreciated. I also have the tach wire hooked up. And I have tried the 12 volt conversion for the pump as well as leaving it stock.

This is the correct computer I have hooked up to the car. the wire that is spliced is the tachometer wire that is going to the igniter

I will post a correct picture of what it looks like plus a start up video so hopefully it will help with troubleshooting it.

So this is what is happening with the car. it will start and run for just a second and then just die. any ideas what the problem might be?

oh gotcha should be a problem, when i switched mine to the Blitz the car kept shutting off so i kept it at a low rev then took it on a drive and it was fine. Maybe you can try that and see if it works, its kinda like you gotta make the car get use to it again....

It should or shouldn't be a problem?

Gonna have to second the suggestion to hook your intercooler up so you actually have a functioning intake. What do you think the MAF does if the intake isn't hooked up?

Default Corrected problems

So today I ran all of the piping for the FMIC and corrected my throttle cable and the car is up and running now. Just have to finish the last couple mechanical stuff. And then time to tear it down again to do the single turbo swap.
