Had Tim @The Powder Pro powder coat it to match everything else that was done in a textured black. Did the DEI reflect a gold wrap on the outer side.
Heatshield material: .080" x 24" x 24" 5052 H32 Aluminum Sheet -->5052 H32 Aluminum Sheet .080" Thick
DEI 010392 24" x 12" SELF ADHESIVE REFLECT A GOLD HEAT WRAP BARRIER
5ft Rubber Weatherstrip Seal Lock Trim Noise Reduce Universal For All Car
5ft Universal Lock Rubber Door Edge Seal Trim Weatherstrip Car Van Caravan #06
Also Shout out to CL member Halon for the awesome CF cooling plate. Very pleased with the quality. He was even kind enough to include all new mounting hardware. Would definitely recommend to do business with Halon. Shipping only took 2 days, great packaging job and communication is extremely prompt.
Also made my coolant overflow drain come out of a different location so it's not splattering all over teh splash shield on top:

Thank you guys. Did some more work on it over the weekend. Not much, but finally mounted my rolling antilag switch and added connectors to the wiring for easy removal. Basically drilled a hole in the shifter bezel and mounted the switch in the left upper corner of the bezel. Looks factory and a pretty convenient spot for it. Will post some pics in a few days when I get a second to unload them from my SLR. Very happy with how it came out. Weather has been super crappy here most of the week and all weekend so didn't drive it at all since last Sunday.

Never even noticed this thread before. Steve queued me into it. Very awesome build, and glad you like the CF piece If you ever need the rear piece as well (to replace the black OEM plastic "tool tray" piece) let me know and I can hook you up.
Awesome work, amazing build!
