On my 3IS and some RSR down springs, the tires I went with are Toyo extensas 245/35/20 rear and 225/35/20 front, I wanted to ask some of the pros here If you guys thought I would have rubbing issues and if I did beforehand what I can do? thanks

I hate you Florida guys (joke). I want to put 20's on my car,but I live in the rust belt(Mich) where the roads look like an Iraqi land mine field. Post pics when they're on.

I had 225 on 9.5 and 245 on 10.5 wheels in my previous car. It was necessary to fit the wheels. No point in stretching if you don't need to, so make sure you make your measurements regarding wheel offset, width, and camber.
Personally, 265 on 10.5 is a happy medium between stretch and square.
A stretched setup that doesn't protrude the fenders look horrible.

255 on 10.5 is a moderate stretch and I don't recommend it to drivers who do aggressive driving. Be sure to check tire pressure often.
Since your rears are going to be a more significant stretch than your fronts, I recommend either sizing up your rear or sizing down your front. Personally, I have OCD when it comes to uneven tire stretch front to rear, it looks silly.
What offset are your wheels?

Depends on the tire but 235 on 9 inch wheel may be within some of the manufacturer's recommended sizing. It will look barely stretched.

The 20x9 are 38 and the 20x10.5 are 45
