Well after attending my first show with the car over the weekend and taking first place best VIP i ran into a few issues hoping you guys can help me out....
My gas, rpm and temp works but the speedo and mileage not working. I went to wekfest Sunday and it was working fine on my way home it stopped. I did disconnect the battery for about 30 mins and that didn't help. I also had another cluster sitting at the house which i swapped out but that still didn't fix the problem....
Then last night i had another problem, my brakes work but the brake lights doesn't come when i hit the brake, i have to push that lil red button by the shift *** to get it into drive.
any help would be greatly appreciated....
When you press the brake pedal, it hits a little switch. The switch is up along the brake lever. I know that switch triggers the brake lights and it probably triggers the shift interlock as well. Sounds like you need to buy a new switch, they are easy to replace and readily available. Don't know what's going on with your gauges though.

It wasn't the switch but my buddy figured it out some how its working again, took him a while with everything being in Japanese....had to use a GS to figure out the fuses and all that.
My friend look at the cluster and sensors this morning and said the front right and left speed sensors were bad and that it was also giving off this code C1223 (control system malfunction) but driving it back home it started working again kinda weird but will keep an eye on it.

Well as you can 90% of parts i purchased directly from japan and all the LCA were really price so Megan was the most affordable one.....
