they mated the GE motor to a V161 trans? I thought they all had W58's

Ya they mated them in 96 in japanas. And sadly yes he is .

Ya it was sad that he passed . But he was a great grandfather to my kids and a great father in law. Reason I bought the supra was it was a bucket list car . And I had to own one luckly it was a na 6 speed lol

met up with my bud and helped him out with his valve cover gasket and we swapped wheels






needs a little lower , but still makes the car look 100% better

Not to much of an update. Just installed the new wheels. Upgraded brakes in the front and new turbo








Booked may long weekend off to do my install . Then break in . And take her to the dyno after that to see what she can do then dial down

started getting some more progress on the car , pulled the motor out installed the new one , and had some goodies show up

I got this boost controller from my boss , he sold his racecar due to divorce .

and picked this one up , because i was tired of dealing with this lincoln unit that i been fighting with , came with a spool gun too
