Nothing too exciting to report since my last update. I am going to buy an Accuair E-Level setup this weekend, so hopefully there will be some exciting updates in the coming months!

A couple interior upgrades have happened, namely the '01+ cluster bezel, chrome shift surround, RX shift ****, and found a set of OEM floor mats to replace the universal ones that were in it.

I tried installing my wood steering wheel and air bag, but ran into an issue I haven't seen on the forums before with the e-shift harnesses. They are the exact opposite of each other (as in male/female, they plug into each other) on the two wheels.

I think I'll probably just try removing the e-shift buttons and switching them out, but I haven't gotten around to it.

Music to my ears! I just picked up a set of EZ Streets!

Thanks man!

And yeah, I believe it's an OEM Lexus wheel, but I don't know what it came out of. Bought it from a member here who had it in his '98 GS400 with e-shift and he said it plugged in just fine, so I'm not sure why mine is different.

General update:

I bought an Accuair E-Level setup from a local guy and now I just need to come up with the proper air struts and start installing. Also bought rear seat tables from a Jag and paid a guy to start building a front table for the interior, so after those are installed, lighting is the only major interior project left.

However, I haven't been messing around with the GS very much since I parked it for the winter. Instead, I've been focusing on my Suburban and the few things it needs. The plan is to get it in tip-top shape so I can sell it in the spring and buy a prerunner truck.

Not a whole lot to report on the GS other than I finally installed my Flossd VIP tray and I'm going to actually start driving the thing again tomorrow.

The reason for no GS progress is because I bought this neglected Denali for cheapppp and have poured a bunch of money into it getting it back into shape.

Had some panels resprayed, exhaust, stereo, wheels, and going to install my 3"F/4"R lowering kit when I'm back in the GS as a daily. Here's what she looks like now, but it's still far from finished.

Mind sharing how much the Denali ran you? I need to pick up something like that for my wife.

$15k.

'07, 6.2L, AWD, Clean title, 118k miles. Paint peel on the roof and hood, broken driver's side motor mount causing a gnarly clunk during acceleration, lots of miscellaneous little things needed replaced. I'm probably $1000-1500 into repairs/maintenance alone and I'm still not totally happy with it.

Still, it books for almost $22k and you can't find a similar one for less than $20k around here. Got mine for cheap because of the aforementioned problems, but aside from the paint peel, they're all VERY common on that generation Tahoe/Yukon/Suburban/Denali/Escalade and easy fixes.

Overall though, a very solid truck and a lot of vehicle for the money.
