Small update...
DEPO (Insurance Group Style) tail lights installed and the cool RMM carbon fiber engine cover I bought from a CL member just showed up.
Side note: I am finally back in a real house with a real garage! After I get all the boxes and furniture cleaned out of it, I'll get moving on the fender shaving and coilover install.

Haha yeah, I saw the pictures of it and thought "Oh that thing is super cool, but probably ridiculously expensive." Then I saw the price listed in the description and I just went for it.
I'm sure it will look great under the hood, especially when I locate an intake and strut bar. There was a GS400 for sale locally that had an SRT intake and RMM strut bar on it. The ad was up on craigslist for FOREVER. I thought about asking the seller if they would trade for stock stuff + cash, but never followed through. It was (very obviously) not a performance-oriented car... Insane audio/video in the trunk, Louis Vuitton interior, 20's, stock suspension, etc., so I figured they would be open to the idea.
Now I have this engine cover, the ad is gone, and I'm kicking myself for not emailing.

So I had always planned to replace the Stance ST-1's on the car, but it was pretty low on my priority list because they are fairly cool looking wheels and not replicas. Last night, however, I discovered that they actually are a replica of the Work Gnosis GS-4.
I am not a fan of replica wheels (based mostly on principle and somewhat on safety concerns), so I took to craigslist to look for a smoking deal...
19x8.5 +32 and 19x10 +38 Vossen CV3's. Checked the wheel stamps and they are authentic! Possibly going on as early as tomorrow, but most likely next week.

Fresh kicks!
I think I will be able to go as low as I want without having to do much fender work with this setup, so I am now less reluctant to put the coils on. However, with Red Bull Flugtag this weekend and the resulting hangover, it's going to be at least a week or two.
Also, plans now include:
- Light smoke vinyl on the headlights
- Match chrome body line, window trim, and rear Lexus badge to the wheel color (using vinyl and Plasti-dip, most likely)
- (Possibly) find a matching high-heat paint and paint the exhaust tips to match wheels
