Default Wheels question

Are all the gen 1 and gen 2 bolt patterns the same. Meaning can you put gen 1 wheels on a gen 2 etc. ?

gen 1 1990-1994
gen 2 1995-2000

wheels will not swap, because the calipers are different. maybe more,

just do a SEARCH for the models you are interested in..

This is an easily searchable topic....
Gen 2 wheels will fit on gen 1 cars but gen 1 wheels will not fit gen 2 cars without a spacer since the calipers are bigger. The bolt pattern is the same up until they made the 460.

The problem with a search is too much junk comes up. Or you have to read through tons of threads to even find a mention of it.

Join the club, we ALL have to read lots of stuff before we find what we need. Even when you Google. If you notice that you don't get lots of hits in the various threads you start it's likely because ppl want to scream SEARCH lol but instead just don't respond. I've been around here for a while and every thread from someone new would en up with multiple ppl yelling search. It's pretty easy going around here these days though. Just saying, so take it for what it's worth to you.

This didn't necessarily require a search.. It's in the 2nd gen faq.

-OEM Toyota/Lexus wheels that clear 95-00 big brakes (5x114.3, 60.1mm hub)
95-00 LS400
01-06 LS430
06-11 ISX50
06-11 GS350/430/460
93-97 Supra Turbo (only)

NO OTHER OEM Lexus wheels will clear.
LS460 wheels do not fit They are 5x120 and will need an adapter.

I do agree with Sha and Billy though.

The majority of the basic info is contained in the FAQ. Except for the 6 lug on the SUV's and the LS460, the bolt patter is across the remaining Lexus line.
