Hey All, about to embark on a GS400 build.. as soon as I p/u the car next week... Mods, I figured this was a good place, as many who "build" their cars repaint, and my first question is GS specific, please move if inappropriate here. Thanks.

My question here is for anyone who's resprayed a custom color on their cars:
What did you do to the rubber trim pieces / strips at the bottom of each door to color match it with the car? Painting rubber is not a good look, I presume.

Anyone else who's resprayed a complete car, would you please share any tips, tricks, or things to look out for you'd be willing to share?? I plan on having them remove as many trim pieces, lights, bumpers, etc as possible (probably not glass).... but I'm looking to the vets who've gone through this already, for their input. Thank you in advance.
