Looking great!

Noticed you were having to slow down a bit on the spending (same here! Lol) what with purchasing your first house (congrats by the way!).

Can I suggest you paint your silver engine cover to match the bodywork? Did it on mine, and really pleased with how it came out.

There's a picture of how it looks on this thread:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...-the-pond.html

You may also want to remove some of the 'To Come' comments from your first post? Looks like you've ticked off a few!

Great work so far though mate. One of my favourites for sure.

Cheers.

Thanks a lot Peter !
Effectively, I won't put more mods on the car until I have finished to pay it.
I have a lot of work to do on the house in the next few months.

Your engine cover looks amazing, I almost painted mine this summer but I love the contrast that the silver bring so I left it like that.
You made great work on your car so far, we have pretty similar mods

Believe me, I totally understand!

We are moving to a new place a week on Friday!

I guess it makes more sense on mine since I had most of the silver carbon replaced with the darker stuff.

We do have a lot of similar mods!

Looking forward to getting my Wedsports, carbon upper roof spoiler, and my custom exhaust next year.

Anything else on top will be a bonus!

Keep up the great work mate. Our 08's can evolve together!

Hey QCisf, do you have any rubbing with your tein spring + 245 tires at the front?

I'm doing a similar setup (specs wise with tein spring) with 245/40/19 tires which is a bit higher profile than what you are currently running

I forgot to update my first post, but I don't installed my 245/275 PSS. I bought them, but finally runned my old tire (oem spec) to see if I will have rubbing issue. I don't rub at all with the 225/255 setup. I don't think 245 will be an issue in front, but 275 in the back will definitely need a roll. I don't even know why I don't rub in the back because my tire sit very flush to my unrolled fender.

Oh I see. Thanks for the response. I won't be lowering the rear (I like the height).

I'm just concerned the front being on 245/40/19 and tein springs but I guess I will find out when I install them

I think you'll be fine mate.

Worst case scenario, you'll need a slight role on the front fenders. Plenty of good shops should be able to do that for you for a reasonable price.

Let us know how you get on for sure though chap.

I'm typically not a fan of blacked out cars, but I have to admit that your F looks great!

Clean and classy, nice work.

No problem, curious to know what type of detailing products you use on your car?
