Default Ben's ISF Build

I very recently traded in my 2011 IS250 AWD with 7202 miles on it for this gem: 2008 Lexus ISF with 978 miles on it.

^^^^ Still has the factory plastic on the under panels and the door sills.

Right now it is sitting in my garage with:

I almost don't want to drive it....

Wow! Incredibly low mileage. It's still pretty much a brand new car minus depreciation. Definitely enjoy the power upgrade!

Damn dude, wish I could get my hands on an IS-F. I bet the difference in power from the 250 to this beast is way noticeable lol.

Why such low mileage in a nutshell: old guy buys it brand new. Drives it a little. Starts working on a home project and fell off a ladder and was in a coma for an unknown amount of time. The wife wanted to sell the car when he was in the coma thinking that he will never wake up but she wasn't able to because it was under his name. Well then he wakes up and comes out of the coma and he is now disabled and can't drive the car. After working on his health and getting better his wife dies. So now he has a car he can't drive and needs the money for medical bills and a funeral. And that is the story.

I think it is safe to say that I have the lowest mileage 08 ISF on the planet? I still haven't driven it and it is still at 999 miles!

Man sad story but excellent find for you! Welcome to the club. I would venture to say you have the lowest mileage F besides the special orders of this year.

Oh yeah and as previously said definitely change out the fluids even if it was garage kept which I'm sure it was that brake fluid probably has thinned out due to water. Oil might be ok but why chance it? Coolant will be fine.

That's probably one of the most unfortunate stories I've ever heard, regarding a deal on an F (or any car, for that matter).

Anyway, nice deal, love the color, and welcome to the F club!
