For that pipe I have the magnaflow unit for the gs430. Just waiting on the flex I ordered to remove the cat. Should be on by next week since I don't weld ss and have to take it to a shop out here to do so.

Same here. I went with the gs430 magnaflow unit since it has better flow once the cat gets removed.

Ahh that's good to know. How come you went with flex over a straight pipe for the CAT?

Also, I want to temporarily run my 2" diameter ss system from the CAT section back, is that an ok size? The Topspeed section I have is 2.25" (60mm) and I need to buy some back boxes to match.

Because engine mounts eventually go bad And would rather the y pipe have some flex than break.

You should be fine. stock pipes are about 2 inches in diameter where it comes out the cats

Ahhh so the flex is going on the cat to extend it? I read a review saying that the section I've purchased is too small and needs extending for the 430. I am having the cat cut out and then having either a longer section of pipe or flex welded in so that it fits the 430.

Thanks for posting these pics as it's really helpful!

Yeah I was under the impression I ordered a part for the GS430 but they are actually for the SC. Is there an option for me to cut out the muffler and go with extending it that way, or is hollowing it out the only route? I have a guy here who is an awesome welder, just haven't got the part in front of me to see for myself.

Sorry to ask lots of questions on your build up, but we both seem to be aiming our builds into very similar directions.
