Unfortunately some family needs arose that take priority over a build like this. That combined with two little ones at home and my wife working part time in order to have more time at home with the kiddos, In simply don't have the funds needed to complete a project to the standards I require anymore.
It's unfortunate and bums me out to no end, but it is what it is. I had really hoped to finish the build and was making a lot of progress, but my family's needs have to come first at the end of the day. It's time for me to step back and get out of the game for a while, but hopefully I'll be back someday down the road.
Appreciate all of the interest and support during my short build phase here on the forums. I've met a lot of cool people and seen some really nice builds!

I like your 180. Out here in Okinawa, they're usually owned by high schoolers and built like garbage. It kinda led to a dislike of the chassis over time. Yours is refreshingly nice.
