Tony Tang's USF41 Executive Build Thread
#65
It's been a while since I've updated my build thread. Here is the latest progress on the LS.
My Air Runner On the Ground kit has finally arrived from Japan! Took a little over 3 months to arrive but the wait was well worth it.
For the basic install, I went to my buddy, Barrett @Sonic Motorsports. In addition to the air install, I had him also cut and shave my rear fenders and roll/shave the front fenders for more clearance.
Caution. Air Runner enclosed!
Package contents laid out and inspected (Standard air runner tank not shown)
Close up of the beautiful Air Runner On the Ground struts and sleeved bags
Misc parts
Car up!
OEM Air bags and struts out
Front in.
Rear in.
The moment of truth! Clearance checked and verified no issues.
and we're done and on the ground!
Front shot
Side action
rear quarter shot
Immediately after the install, I headed to LA to show at ToyotaFest 2014 and Spocom Norcal the following week. Will update with show pictures later!
Thanks,
Tony

Thanks Tee, it rides really good. I'd say it's as comfortable as stock air but with coilover-like ride when slammed and going through corners. No regrets going Air Runner. I've ran Air Runner for about 5 years on my Infiniti M45 and no complaint or issues ever.
Thanks PROSTAR! I am happy with the way it squats also.

Some random pictures I took at ToyotaFest and Spocom Norcal!
Here is a shot of the Endless Project's LS460's on our way to Long Beach
Cesar (Mex Lex on CL) met up for dinner with us and we decided to line the LS's up and take pictures
A quick clip I created for IG
ToyotaFest line up!
My LS, less then 24hrs after the air install and 300+ mile drive
Air Runner's booth
Some shots after ToyotaFest along the Queen Mary pier
Just chillin' in Long Beach
Back up to North the following week for Spocom Norcal
During Spocom roll-out with John's (VIPStyleCar) Supercharged GS in the background
That's it for now. Still waiting on a big package from Japan!
Thanks,
Tony
