Default KOIS Build Thread

So I figured I'd make my build thread right before I part out my car

I've always been a fan of making your car truly unique. I had a lot of influence from both my brother's growing up, to where modding my car became without a doubt the only thing on my mind. I feel that over the years I made a car that I love to drive and I'm sad to part it out, but time for a new project! I "finished" my build right after New Years of 2013. Got this car when I was 16 and I just turned 21 recently!

I have absolutely zero pictures of my car stock. Or at least only on old cell phones, but this was one I picked up from The Pursuit III back when I only had a set of Work VS-XX, Tein S-Tech's, and Tanabe MT exhaust. (Before this my car was blacked out.)

Moving on probably a year or so later I sold the wheels and springs and picked up a set of BC Racing coils with 12k/10k spring rates, an invidia mid pipe, an authentic rear lip and side skirts from INGS, and a rep VIS Racing front lip because I knew I'd scrape everyday. I decided if I ever picked up an authentic front lip it would go on my wall not on my car. And no I do not have one on my wall.

Back on its stockers

Some time after, I picked up a set of Volk CE28N and a Kicker amp and sub.

And then she looked like this

A couple months later I went and got them powder coated Candy Blue!

The night I got them back

Long story short this is how she sits today (for now.)

My Mods Worth Noting:
- Volk Racing CE28N 19" 8.5/9.5 +22
- Project Kics R26 Lug Nuts
- BC Racing Coilovers
- Tanabe Medallion Touring Exhaust
- Invidia Midpipe
- Authentic INGS+1 Rear Lip
- Authentic INGS+1 Side Skirts
- VIS Racing Front Lip
- Kicker Solo-Baric L7 12"
- Kicker DX Amp 1000.1
- Many more minuscule modifications

I had more in mind for the car, but ultimately decided to look for another project car. It's nice to look back at all the years of owning this car and I'm very glad that it was a Lexus because you can't beat the quality of this manufacturer. Currently have my eyes on an ISF
