New Build (99 SC400)

Found that listing, that's probably the old ad. You can see the engine still has the cover on, stock intake. The interior doesn't have the Alpine unit installed. And it's up for $9,500, the amount OP said the seller wanted for it. They likely just forgot to take it down.

Makes me happy to hear. I'd hate for this car to go to someone who won't take as good care of it as you.

Basically had a guy give me an Escort 8500 X50 radar detector at work. Figured it couldn't hurt anything. Installed permanent under mirror with a mount for a corvette mirror. It may look crooked in pics but it is straight as an arrow. Can be taken off mount if needed.

I'm in the midst of installing braided brake lines, too. I bought a set just after doing the LS400 calipers on the old car, so needed an excuse to take it apart again and swap lines. Naturally, I bought another car to justify it.

My car is doing great. Been daily driving for about a month now. Need new tranny. That will be next on agenda. I have TT one just needs to go to ATF.
t2d2,
I think the Gixxer Drew is to bouncy. Maybe it's the springs the guy bought before I got the car but I don't like it. The new advance are adjustable and only $576.00 shipped. Hard to beat.

Too bouncy, interesting. You must like teeth-chattering firm. I haven't read up extensively on the Gixxer setup, but you're the first I've heard describing it as soft. I was thinking of putting them on the new car, assuming any used ride will need shocks, but they appear to have been replaced pretty recently, so that's on the back burner.
