I got them with traditional lip. I'm personally not a fan of step lip and the offset is limited.

Yes the stock IS300h exhaust tilted downwards so I had to cut them. Aimgain kit provides a 90 degree pipe to redirect the exhaust out of the rear outlet. It's functional so it's not just fake outlet.
