It's easy. For mine it was just 4, 10mm bolts and I just snipped the wire they ran to the brake light. As I showed earlier, it leaves holes in the trunk lid. I'll need to get those addressed at some point.

The passenger side, farthest back bolt was stripped so I had to end up yanking it off and essentially ripping a hole in the bottom of the fiberglass spoiler, which in turn compromised the deck lid and it lifted a bit. I've got my PDR coming soon to address a couple door dings. I'm hoping he can even out the deck lid a bit incise I ever decide to get the holes filled and the deck lid re sprayed.

Nice junkyard score. The ones around here are picked clean.

Very nice line up! You've owned quite a few of my favorites. It's good to have you back and making some legit progress on the new build.

Yeah I was going to ask this question too. My light is out but I'm thinking about installing a new one but I didn't know where it was spliced too. The 3rd brake light or tail light. Any idea? I think it's spliced to the left tail light after reading past threads but there was never a definite answer. My third brake light doesn't work anymore. There isn't any power coming to the socket. I verified it with a test light.

Glad to see you're back. I was seriously considering buying your old 300 that is now for sale again with ~30k more miles. Wish I would've. Can't wait to see what you have planned.

Is the car listed for sale? What are you asking?

I got the 01+ tails polished up and installed.

I'm getting the tint re-done tomorrow.

nice debadged look to the rear.. looks like you might need some heavy compound to get the outline of the "L" emblem off... Looks good and clean

I've got a black chrome "L" that I'm going to put on the deck lid after I have the spoiler holes filled and then get it re-sprayed.
