You're right mike... I'm willing to bet you can count on one hand how many people you've seen with these on their LS. Even if you search the Internet.... you'll still only see a handful. Really excited about this find.

Ok... here is the new mod. Brand new, never used. I have to peel those red reflectors off and rub them clean. Still has the Japanese writing on them, pretty cool. Really excited to get these, it was so hard to find them.

So you're the one who Kaiyin sold them to I'm looking forward to seeing these installed, also, look into getting "chrome bulbs" to keep it looking clear.
Appreciate that... as far the VIP thing, im going to take a different route. I really dont like the Junction Produce stuff... in my opinion: way overpriced! Im going to make my own VIP interior mods. Since I have a Coach Edition, im going to do some things incorporating that. Probably fabricate some neck pads and things like that when I oder the fabric.
Chrome bulbs? That's new to me.... you got a link?
Here are a few good examples. Basically, instead of having the top of the lens be orange, or red, the top is chrome. This way, it sort of blends in a little better with clear tail lights. The output is still relatively the same. Alternatively, you could look into getting some LED bulbs, though I think everyone here is just into baking the tail lights open and going custom.
Also, as for the DIY VIP, check out djsurfer on here. He has a relatively VIP LS with mods that he's made by himself. There's an okayish picture of his interior lol
Just for the record, I do believe that you must have some sort of red reflector on the back of the car. I could be wrong, but something to look into. A friend of mine had some all clear tails on his 96 impala SS and got a ticket for it.
