car was running bad when i got it, was on its original timing belt at 180k. all it needed to run better was a tune up, but ididnt stop there did the whole timing belt/water pump service myself.

surpisingly at 180k, the motor does not show any signs of oil leaks

did you say $2000 for the car? what a find! I'll be putting up my *dead* 03 in few weeks. Wonder how much I can get for that...

$2000 is a steal! I wouldn't mind picking up one for that price.

Looks like a great project car. Good luck.

sent my car into ak1motorsports in montclair ca to paint the car, still haven't decided on a color change or keep it the original silver. but the work I've seen from them has always been great.

vertex replica front bumper modded so it doesn't hang so low and so i don't have to run side skirts lol
still have a lot off work but I'm amazed with the craftsmanship of the work, metal tabs are going to be molded into the mounting points for extra strength but at this point they are doing the customizing before they trim and add fiberglass so it matches up perfectly with the fenders, lights hood etc..

i'm loving the sub setup. being i dont have a spare with mine i may have to conjure up something of that same sort! nice car for a nice price. that and i wish the idiot that installed my C1 body kit would have thought to add metal tabs in for added strength like that rather than using 2-1/4" cement screws to bolt it to the body... in places not ment for mounting. they also then bondo'd over the screws and painted it on the body.. i dont know how you can do these things and think its a good way to mount it. needless to say the fitments way off and the "mounts" are loosened up. also majority of paint/fiberglass is cracking

I like what they did with the bumper. Its a good way to have aftermarket front without it being so low

the metal tabs on the sides allow the bumper to use the plastic alignment pins on the fender for better fitment.
