So not too much going on; exhaust slowly getting scraped away on the driveway but mainly just waiting on more parts to come in on the next container. In the meantime I figured I'd split the 4 wheels I have at the moment in anticipation for the other two to arrive and refinish to begin.

Originally I was looking at new lips but the new pair incoming should fill out the rear really nicely and the front I can use the other 19x10 set so with what I've got I should be able to make a good set. Will be going for polished lips and brushed face. The full chrome look is good with really extreme sizes but I don't think it suits what I want at the moment.

Installed Megan Racing strut bar today, so it's basically a race car now what with the coilovers for performance, strut bar for extra handling, all the wings for downforce.. haha

2JZ is so ugly with no covers >_<

Anyway here's a photo of the exhausts finished. It won't be long before the bottom of the tips is scraped through I'm sure haha..

Also of course the show was on during the weekend, we managed to get 4 cars together.. not bad for a last minute effort..

GS300, Toyota Crown, Mazda Sentia, LS400
Moonlight looks totally sick, I love that Toyota Crown!!!!

......Nice build too

Thanks DonVanW! Small VIP crew I'm building up slowly.

Ended up taking out the strut bar as it was making the car handle weirdly and vibrating etc.. figured it's a luxury cruiser it doesn't need super tight handling. Anyway, cleaned it after about a month and a bit so took a photo near to my house. Container is not far away so the changes will start after that arrival..

Your car looks great man. I actually got to visit NZ a few years back for training. I'd love to go back sometime and not be obligated to my job while there! Such a beautiful place haha. Keep up the good work!

What training would require you to come here? haha

In our recent container some pieces arrived for me, Aimgain rear kit; new front kit and new wheels. I didn't try to fit the kits as I was limited for time but thought I'd check what the wheels look like.. and they are perfect.

Perfect

Sadly this is not my house

For show I want to have it lower so the wheel lip is near to the top of the guard, so about an inch lower

Good to see wheels fill out the guard nicely though

**** loads of clearance. More than current wheel/tyre combo. Extra stretch on these full quality Indo something tyres helps.

My driveway is ****, so now I have a cracked rear skirt.. oh well.. Aimgain soon..

Also after test fitting a set on the front I will do all chrome.

Front spec will be 19x10 +34 (with a 5-8mm spacer to clear brakes)
Rear spec 19x10 -1. Probably don't need 5mm spacer, seems pretty good.
