Looking at pictures make me happy though (with the exception of missing body panels). I love this ride

Thanks, me too! it's much nicer to drive than my current daily/in between/project or whatever car haha

Mine's the left one >_>

I hope like hell my wrap guy has sorted my panels very soon so I can get it prepared for a Toyota festival next weekend

Finally after several weeks car all back together now Gave it a good clean took several hours.. >_< Annoyingly as it's been out in the elements for some time the wheels have quite bad oxidisation on them now from the acid rain in Auckland so.. needa get those polished out again doh! I've got the Autosol to do it.. I'm definitely not made for high maintenance car ownership..

I also need to take off the side skirts, and OEM side skirt things so I can properly bolt the fenders in at the bottom. Also a pain in the *** job >_> On the plus side driving it again today was mint and aircon is super awesome

Good to see it back together. I tried removing the side skirts on my donor car but I snapped everyone one of the clips holding them in. Is there a technique to getting them out?

Dunno looks like a bunch of screws but not sure.

This weekend there is a Toyota festival on at a local race track with some show stuff, track stuff etc. I went down with a couple of friends. One in a Century (didn't get pics but just imagine factory old black century) and another with x81.

Lexus and x81 with Sharknose

On the start grid ha! They had us all line up to take a big group photo etc and do a couple laps. Was quite cool.

Cheers all, it just sits around now hahah. So sad the project car life..

I need to get a car cover or a shop soon !

I have been asked to be part of a small car show-type thing for the opening of Fast and Furious 7 here, that's kinda cool
