finally got around to making a sound clip. sorry i took the vid with my phone so its not the best quality but in person it sounds good. Even if you dont have facebook if you click on the link you will still be able to hear it. Also ended up changing my serp belt because it was coming apart and my fan clutch decided to seize up so i had to swap that out as well.

I wanna head over to this meet!

I would love to see this thing in person, there is literally NO SC's around where I live in the suburbs of Philly.

How'd you hear about that event?

ALSO: That windshield strip! I freaking love it! I wanna do that to mine so badly! Please share like what percent tint that is, was it a DIY kit? Does it pass inspection?

SC's are few and far between in Philly. There's two at my place, and I saw one parked down the street this past weekend but it's gone now.

Very clean! Good taste :thumb up:
Now about that front license plate... Maybe an electronic hidden plate is in your future?

I've seen a Green SC400 and a white one.

White one never saw me, and the green one waved

I just wanna see a flood of them driving around! They are so cool

I have to disagree with you there. I am a older V6 toyota guy (VZ/MZ specifically) while I thought this for awhile, in person, the difference in sound is huge. I realized this only when I got my exhaust for my SC3 and the sound was very calm and smooth. The V6's are abit less smooth and a little more racier in the sound department.

Havent really done any major mods to my car since last update.. Just a lip kit and new wheels. Right now just enjoying the car. Below is a pic of how shes sitting right now. My lawsuit from my accident is still pending so once i get that money i will start my real build. Hopefully over the winter i can start my build. Ive been going back and forth on which motor i want to go with 1j or 2j. But i think im going to go with the 1j.

If not 1J you might as well take that 2J money and prep the block for a huge number NA-T build, unless you're keeping the twins I don't see why anyone does a GTE swap.

Yea i made up my mind and will be going with the 1jz swap. Ive been doing some research and was thinking about keeping the twins but just do a high flow twin set up. One of my friends is running high flow twins on his R32 skyline and swears its a real good set up.. But then again everybody is tellign me dealing with twins in our cars is a pain in the ***. So i may just do a single turbo from the gate while the motor is out. I will be picking up the motor after the holidays. Still gotta finish xmas shopping for the kids haha. Question would a FMIC 31x12x3 fit with crashbar or would i have to remove the crashbar or should i go with a 24.5x 11.75 x 3? Below you will see the 2 that im looking at getting. Just not sure about fitment.
