interesting method.
that would definitely work well on a lot of higher end German cars too!

How much did you pull the fenders or was all that work just to remove the lip?

ZERO PULL. The outer fender has the exact shape it did when it left the factory in Japan. All the work I did was on the inside.

Cool.
I assume you're not going for the crazy dish/camber look and more of a flush/tucked look?

Oh and pics of the adjustable UCA!

I wanted the car low ...... LOW so I took out the front coils and removed the locking collar for the lower mount and the one for the spring perch, then threaded the lower mount all the way up till it sat against the bottom of the spring perch. Judging by how many threads were remaining on the rear I didn’t think this was necessary so I just left the lock collars in and threaded the lower mount all the way up. This was far too low with this wheel and arm set up. I adjusted the RLCA cam bolt to give me as much negative camber as possible and then the toe to match. The tires sat against the fender at full droop, this clearly wasn’t going to work so I raised the car an inch in the back to where it is now.

So this is how it sits as of now. Wheels are Work M1R 18x10 +5 with 225 35 & 18x11 +9 with 245 35 Tires are BFG KDW 2

As previously stated with the 18s on the exhaust is on the ground as you can hear here .......

So up next is exhaust obviously..................

Looks good. Take lots of pics of the exhaust build. I'm very interested to see what you end up with!

dang man that looks absolutely perfect. were you able to get the rear toe back to factory specs or did you simply just max the cam bolts like you did the lower control arms?

Dont get to excited lol

I'm just going to do a cheap / easy front half to raise the whole thing up and then probably muffler delete and tips. Nothing fancy.

Holy Jesus

I had to dig and dig all the way back to page 14 to find this thread !!!!!!

I didnt think it had been that long ..... I guess thats what happens when they put all of us LS guys in one forum where the other lexus owners have generation specific forums.

Anyway i've done a couple of little things since my last post.

I have no photos because my Galaxy S4 **** the bed and i have some terrible loaner phone.

I made my exhaust .... sort of .... for now..... lol

Header back dual 2.5 to a X pipe then dual 2.5 back to the cross member where it steps down and uses the stock rear mufflers for now.

Although the exhaust is tucked quite high ( the main priority for me ) it still scrapes on some driveways and all speed bumps. I left the back half unfinished till I have installed subframe bushings and notched the subframe. that will allow me to tuck the back half up.

I kinda wish i would have gone with smaller tubing perhaps 2" that would have given me another .5" of clearance....... oh well... If i need to swap it out for smaller in the future when my car is lower then so be it i guess.

I also bought some clear fender markers like these

Wood grain nardi

and Works Bell Hub

I'll post some photos when i get my new phone which should be this week.
