I calibrated the Digital Dakota SGI-5 to work with my GM speed sensor and I finally did it! I used my cellphone GPS to match the one on my speedo.

Much thanks to turbodremz for helping

Hmmm, did you visually check to see if the valve is opening now? If it's not, bypass the vsv and put the vacuum source right on the actuator to make sure the signal and diaphragm are good. If it opens then, you will need to verify the vsv wiring.

What percentage adjustment range does that Dakota box support? I am wondering if I can find a box that will adjust signal enough to convert my kph dash to mph...

You can give it a try.. Here's the instruction manual, I calibrated on OUT1 and it won't go down on speed anymore, so i tried OUT2 and i ended up using OUT5.

I got the tach and speedo fixed now I am doing the AIRBAG light. I am trying to diagnose what caused the light to turn on before clearing it.

According to this link, I should clear the airbag light only if i have a code 22.

When I wire TC and E1 as per instruction, my CRUISE and ABS are blinking intermittently. AIBAG light is still on and not blinking, so this means it is not code 22.

Should I clear it anyway and maybe buy another spare of airbag haha

I tried to clear the airbag light with 3 wires and a toggle switch and light is still on. I tried about 5 times and gave up. I probably take the bulb off grrrrrrr

Love how close the car has come to completion, JesLet! And the AR-5 is shifting and cruising just fine now? You've put an excellent example here for the community to see how it's done!

No videos, i'd like to though. I have 700 miles on this, pretty satisfied with Aristo ECU, might sell my MAP ECU 3.
